Return Policy

Eligibility for Return
-Clasp Waist Beads:
Eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
-Tie-On Waist Beads:
Final sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and customization reasons.
-African Black Soap:
Final sale. Due to the natural and handmade nature of the product, returns are not accepted.
-Afrikan Net Sponges:
Final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, sponges cannot be returned or exchanged.
-100% Raw Shea Butter Products:
Eligible for return within 14 days of purchase if unused and unopened in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at afrikanserenity.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
-Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for clasp waist beads that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
-Tie-on waist beads
-Black soap
-African net sponges
-Opened or used shea butter products
